SkillPerfect’s services are available to individuals who are at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required for course enrollment.

3. Course Enrollment and Payments

  • All course fees must be paid in full or as per the agreed installment plan prior to commencement.
  • Enrollment is confirmed only after receipt of payment.
  • Payment once made is non-refundable, except in specific cases outlined in our Refund Policy (if applicable).
  • SkillPerfect reserves the right to change course fees, schedules, or trainers without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use SkillPerfect’s resources solely for educational purposes
  • Refrain from sharing course materials or proprietary content without permission

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, videos, graphics, logos, and documents provided by SkillPerfect are the intellectual property of SkillPerfect and may not be copied, distributed, modified, or reused without written consent.

6. Code of Conduct

SkillPerfect maintains a professional and respectful learning environment. Any form of:

  • Misbehavior, harassment, or abuse (verbal or written)
  • Academic dishonesty or plagiarism
  • Unauthorized distribution of materials

…may result in suspension or permanent dismissal without refund.

7. Attendance and Certification

  • A minimum of 75% attendance is required to be eligible for course certification.
  • Certificates will only be issued upon successful completion of the course and assessments (if any).

8. Limitation of Liability

SkillPerfect and its faculty are not liable for:

  • Any direct or indirect loss of employment or income
  • Technical issues, internet disruptions, or delays beyond our control
  • Use or misuse of any information learned through our programs

9. Modifications to Courses or Policies

SkillPerfect reserves the right to:

  • Modify course structure, curriculum, or schedules at any time
  • Update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice
  • Suspend or terminate access to services in case of breach of terms

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of New Delhi jurisdiction.
